Crispy Chicken Tacos with Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce
Crispy chicken tacos filled with tender chicken strips and topped with a sweet and spicy upcycled mole sauce, offering a delightful balance of flavors and textures.

INGREDIENTS
1 25-ounce package Great Value Fully Cooked
Chicken Breast Strips
1 10-count package Great Value Medium Soft Taco
Flour Tortillas
1 15-ounce package Freshness Guaranteed
Homestyle Cole Slaw, or your favorite cole slaw
1/2 cup or more bettergoods Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chicken breast strips according to package
directions.
While chicken cooks, heat tortillas. Remove tortillas
from package and place on a plate, wrapped in a
clean dish towel. Microwave on high in 15-second
bursts until warmed to your liking. Re-arrange
tortillas within the towel and re-wrap every so often
to cook evenly.
Place 2-3 cooked chicken breast strips into each
warmed tortilla. Top with 1-2 Tablespoons of cole
slaw and drizzle with Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce.
